Stop Living at the Effect of Your Schedule.

Move from Autopilot to Architect. Reclaim 10+ hours of weekly freedom and the mental room to actually inhabit the success you’ve built.

You started your business for freedom. Don’t let it become your cage.

You didn’t become an entrepreneur to be 'on' 24/7. You started this journey because you wanted the freedom to own your time and lead a life you actually enjoy. But somewhere along the way, the script flipped. Now, you’re operating on Autopilot. You feel like life is happening to you, rather than for you. Whether you’re just starting out or already scaling, you’ve become at the effect of your schedule rather than the cause of your own fulfillment. Reclaiming your life isn't about 'working harder'; it's about mastering Intentional Presence.

Does your autopilot look like this?

  • Your hobbies have vanished because you "just don't have time" right now.

  • You're at dinner with family, but your brain is still problem-solving a work scenario.

  • You view rest as 'laziness' instead of a high-performance strategy, filling every quiet moment with more tasks.

  • You feel 'busy' but not productive, stuck in a never-ending cycle of exhaustion while chasing the next milestone.

The Ever Rising Relationship

From the Grind to Intentional Living

It’s time to build the life that was supposed to come with creating a business. This partnership is designed to pull you out of the "autopilot" grind and move you into a state of Intentional Presence. We don't just talk about change; we architect it. By shifting from being "at the effect" of your calendar to being the conscious "cause" of your results, you reclaim the mental room to actually inhabit the success you’ve created.

Core Program Components

  • 1:1 Coaching: Weekly 45-minute sessions dedicated to dismantling the "internal rulebook" that keeps you stuck in a cycle of over-functioning. This is where we break the autopilot loops and solve the specific friction points in your week.

  • The Values Inventory: A deep-dive to identify your true driving forces. We stop letting "urgent" tasks dictate your life and start using your values as a high-performance filter for every decision you make.

  • Energy & Time Audit: We identify exactly where your time is leaking. We pinpoint the mental loops and "always-on" habits that drain your battery, reclaiming 10+ hours of physical and cognitive space.

Our Blueprint: The T.I.M.E Freedom Framework

The transition from "Autopilot" to Intentional Presence requires a strategic roadmap. This blueprint shifts you from being at the effect of your business to becoming the conscious creator of your time and vitality.

  • T – Take Responsibility: We stop the "no time" narrative and reclaim your power to design a life that reflects your ambition without the burnout.

  • I – Identify Values: Define your decision-making filter using the Values Pyramid & Inventory. We align your energy with what actually matters, moving you from "busy" to "purposeful" so you can lead from a place of enoughness.

  • M – Map the Architecture: Using the Energy & Time Audit, we find the 10+ hours leaking into the "grind" and put them back in your control.

  • E – Execute: Build your blueprint. This is the practical plan that ensures you are a high-performer at work and 100% present at home.

Bonus Resources

  • The Focus Strategy: Reclaim your internal clarity by optimizing your environment and mental state. This three-layer strategy moves you from a reactive state to ensuring your energy is directed toward the deep work that actually moves the needle rather than just filling the hours.

  • The Joy Inventory: Success is hollow without the ability to inhabit it. This resource provides a roadmap of simple and expansive "joy anchors" for yourself, your career, and your relationships. It helps you move from being just "productive" to truly vibrant by intentionally architecting rest and play back into your schedule.

Meet the Founder of Ever Rising

For years, I was the one doing "all the things." I was juggling a business, multiple side gigs, and an endless to-do list - yet I was losing. I was burnt out, my health was suffering, and I had lost the passion for the very life I worked so hard to build. I felt helpless, like life was happening to me and I was just a passenger on my own schedule.

Then, I had an epiphany: My schedule was a choice, not a circumstance.

I realized I was choosing the grind, but I wasn’t choosing myself. By connecting back to my "Why" and my values as a wife, daughter, sister, and entrepreneur, I stopped defaulting and started designing. I discovered Intentional Presence - the realization that while we all have obligations, we always have a choice in how we show up and what we prioritize.

I put that discovery to work and became the Architect of my life.

Since then, I have streamlined my focus - closing the "10 million side gigs" to focus only on what aligns with my values. I even returned to the dance studio I loved years ago, intentionally architecting joy back into my week instead of living on autopilot.

Finding that joy again changed everything for me. Now, I’m here to show you that you don’t have to choose between a successful business and a vibrant life—you can architect both.

FAQs

How is the program for?

I work with high-achievers, leaders, and perfectionists. You are likely the "strong one" in your circle. You are tired of the pressure to perform and are ready to take off the mask, set boundaries, and finally define success on your own terms - not everyone else's.

How do I get started?

It starts with a conversation. Click the button below to book your complimentary consultation.

This isn't a high-pressure sales call. It is a dedicated time for us to map out your goals, uncover what's blocking you, and decide if we are the right fit to work together.

What happens during coaching sessions?

Each session focuses on what’s most relevant for you. We’ll explore patterns, clarify your goals, and build the tools you need to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. My approach blends reflection, strategy, and accountability - always tailored to your pace.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

I work primarily virtually (via Zoom), which allows you to connect from the comfort of your own space -whether that’s your home office or a quiet room where you can be fully present.

If you are local to the Dayton, OH area, I do offer limited in-person availability for those who prefer a face-to-face connection.

How often do sessions take place?

We meet weekly. Consistency is the secret to lasting transformation. We are building a new way of living, and that requires regular reinforcement.

Is coaching confidential?

100%. High-achievers rarely have a space where they can be completely vulnerable without fear of judgment or professional repercussions. Our sessions are a sacred container. What we discuss stays between us, allowing you to take off the mask completely

I’m already overwhelmed. Do I really have time for this?

This program is designed specifically for the busy high-achiever. We do not do "busy work" here.

You don't need hours of free time; you need focused time. Our sessions are high-impact and efficient.

I’m used to figuring things out myself. Why can’t I just read a book or push through?

High-achievers are excellent at figuring things out—that’s how you got where you are. But you cannot read the label from inside the bottle.

You likely already know what you "should" do (rest more, say no), but you aren't doing it. That is where coaching comes in. We bridge the gap between knowing and doing, providing the objective mirror and accountability you can’t get from a book.

I know I need this, but I’m hesitant about the investment.

It is normal to hesitate when investing in yourself, especially if you are used to putting everyone else first.

Consider the cost of not changing: the continued burnout, the strain on your relationships, and the exhaustion. This is an investment in a sustainable future.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing the past so you can function more fully in the present. Coaching works with where you are right now to help you build a confident, thriving future. While therapy is often about recovery, coaching is about discovery - turning awareness into action and helping you rise into the next version of yourself.
